Terms and Conditions

• The Instructor will make his services available to the Pupil for the sole purpose of giving the pupil Driving Tuition at the agreed rate per lesson.
• The Instructor will provide a car that is fitted with dual controls and which is fully insured, covering the Pupil, whether driving the tuition vehicle accompanied by the Instructor or a Driving Standards Agency Examiner.
• The Instructor reserves the right to rearrange a lesson to a new time convenient to both parties.
• The Instructor reserves the right to refuse the use of his driving school car for the practical driving test, if he thinks the pupil has not reached a sufficient standard to take full responsibility for the safety of the vehicle and other road users.
• Payment for tuition, by cash or cheque, may be made in advance, or directly to the Instructor at the beginning of each lesson.
• In respect of cancellations, a minimum of two days’ notice must be given, otherwise a charge will be made; if, for example, your lesson is on Wednesday, then you must let me know by Monday, at the latest.  Cancellation charges:- 
  • 1 hour lesson : £12
  • 1 ½ hour lesson : £18
  • 2 hour lesson : £24 
• The Pupil confirms that she/he holds a Licence to drive the tuition vehicle.
